  • Respect third-party intellectual property.
  • Follow licensing terms for duration, territory and media use.

  • Obtain clear, written consent for identifiable guests.

  • Be sensitive and respectful of privacy, culture and personal boundaries.
  • Do not use images of guests under 18 without parental or guardian consent.

  • Represent Aviyana Ceylon truthfully and accurately.
  • Do not mislead through excessive retouching, compositing or selective framing.
  • Keep the natural character of place, people and experience.

  • Use AI or CGI only for conceptual, illustrative or non-deceptive purposes.
  • Clearly label all generative imagery.
  • Do not present AI-generated or conceptual imagery as photographs of Aviyana’s actual facilities.
  • Ensure prompts, outputs and usage comply with legal and ethical guidelines.

  • All imagery must be reviewed and approved by the brand and marketing team before use.
  • Check for correct labelling, legal compliance and brand alignment.
  • Remove or correct any imagery that is misleading, incorrectly labelled or in conflict with these standards.
